Not only sharing the same birth date and being born 14 minutes apart, this set of twins share a love for nu disco and house music which has lead to fun and energetic sets that have had audience’s begging for more. Within less than a year The 14th Minute have already began to leave their mark on the dance-floors of Sydney and regional NSW. From residency’s at Soho, The Eastern, Th...e Ivy, and Ruby Rabbit, supporting the likes of Bingo Players, Dada Life, Bloc Party, Louis La Roche, Barretso, TV Rock, Stafford Brothers and Timmy Trumpet, the future looks big for these boys.
With the release of their debut EP, “Fashionable Jesus” in late 2010, the blog-a-sphere was set alight, which lead to many of there bootlegs and remixes reaching the Top 50 on Hype Machine within days of their release, which includes their remix of Skrillex's - Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites (which has had nearly 14,000 listens on SoundCloud). Along with their remix of Men At Work's classic 'Land Down Under' reaching the top 20 on the ARIA club chart; It’s little wonder The 14th Minute's upcoming solo release is so eagerly anticipated.
With remixes and originals being pumped out, not only in thier sets, but by DJs in clubs across the industry, The 14th Minute is a force to watch out for... You may even spot the like of their trusty companion Disco Pig
