Charging out of the blocks comes Trackside 2009, back for its triumphant third year. A maelstrom of music, stores, carnival rides, international food & drink and market stalls will once again settle on the scenic Thoroughbred Park.
And if you live in Canberra or surrounds, are think you are ready to strutt your stuff with the Nation's finest make sure you music is uploaded as Trackside and triple j Unearthed are offering one act the opportunity to play at the Trackside festival on November 21nd. You could join the lineup that includes HILLTOP HOODS, MIDNIGHT JUGGERNAUTS, TAME IMPALA, KARNIVOOL and LOW BUDGET.
To be in the running you just need to have your tracks uploaded (not live) on the site before Sunday 18th October 2009 - midnight, and have either Canberra, South East NSW, or Illawarra selected as your region.
